When will my order be shipped?
Orders will take approximately 1-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Delays may occur due to in-person conventions/events or a sudden influx of orders. All pre-order items have a limited stock and will be available for purchase on a first come first serve basis. We appreciate your patience!

When will my pre-order item be shipped?
All pre-order items have a limited stock and will be available for purchase on a first come first serve basis. Please note that pre-orders will be mailed out based on the approximate date listed in the product description when purchased. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you regarding the order's tracking information.

Why isn't my in-stock item delivered yet?
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together on the designated shipping date for the pre-order item(s). This may mean your order will take longer to arrive. Please note that orders containing pre-order item(s) cannot be cancelled.

Tracking says 'delivered' but I did not receive my package
There are instances where packages are marked as delivered, but aren't actually delivered until a few days later. Stolen or lost packages are not our responsibility, so we recommend contacting the shipping/delivery carrier. Once we drop off the orders to its respective shipping/delivery carrier, the fate of the package safely reaching its destination is out of our hands. However, we will do our best to accommodate mishaps!

Defective/Damaged Items
All our products go through quality control. However, it is possible a defective item that is not up to our standard of quality was missed. In such cases as described above, a return or exchange for defective item(s) may be made without additional reshipment cost to you. Provide us with your (1) name, (2) order number, (3) defective item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and (4) photos of the defective item(s). All required information regarding the defective item returns/exchanges must be emailed to artsyury@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery date to ensure that the item has not been used by the customer. Item(s) that are damaged during transit is, unfortunately, the responsibility of the delivery/shipping carrier. Once the order is dropped off to the delivery/shipping carrier it is out of our hands, so we recommend you contacting the respective mail carrier. In the case of an exchange, we will not be able to reship your order until the original defective item(s) have been mailed and returned back to us. We appreciate your patience as we continually strive to catch defective items during our quality control.

Out of Stock
Items listed as "Out of Stock" may not restock in the future unless mentioned in the item description or announced through artsyury's social media. Stock availability on our website may differ from stock availability for in-person conventions and artist alley tabling events.

International Shipping
Orders are shipped out from California in the United States of America. At this time we are not taking international orders but we are hoping to expand and cater to international customers in the future. Please DM or email us with your interests so we know that you are out there! :)

What's a Badge Reel?
Badge reels are clips that often hold ID cards (healthcare, office, school, retail, etc.)
Badge reels are great lanyard alternatives! Great for convention badges, keys & charms, photocards, whatever you want! ☆
